ST. AUGUSTINE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA St. Augustine is situated in Northeast Florida, approximately 30 minutes from Jacksonville and 1 ½ hours from Orlando. Approximately 12,000 residents live in the city which sees over 3 million visitors each year.
