| The Monk's Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Shop. in business at the same
location, 56 St. George Street, for nearly 30 years, has flourished
because of our loyal customers and the new friends we meet daily.
And now, it is time for something different. Our building has been
offered for sale, and we anticipate moving forward to experience more of
life's adventures.
The wine shop will be open intermittently. We will not be serving food (no lunch, no dinner, no Hallelujahs!), but you may still purchase limited alcoholic beverages, coffee, gifts, and wine-by-the-bottle to take home. Again, our hours will vary. To avoid your disappointment, kindly contact us in advance of your arrival to verify the day's hours of operation. We are deeply grateful to our patrons for making The Monk's "their place" while in St. Augustine. We consider ourselves lucky to have served so many interesting people from around the world and from "around the corner." You may still place orders for monkabilia featured in our shop and on our website. However, please call or E-mail first to check on the availability of items. We are now shipping Blushing Monk within Florida and some select states. |
